I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2019, with the vision of being the one-stop-solution for stress management and holistic well-being services. My team and I aim to make a lasting difference to our clients, helping them live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives!
Through my entrepreneurial journey, I found that Life Coaching perfectly complemented our services and decided to enhance my knowledge and qualifications in the well-being space. I hold a certification in Life Coaching from Symbiosis Coaching (USA) and I’m a member of the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA).
Being someone who has worked with corporate India and has experienced firsthand the debilitating effect constant stress can have on corporate careers, I believe it is imperative to tackle this issue head-on using the multitude of resources we have at our disposal.
Moreover, as a former student and in times where stress & depression lead to suicide attempts by students, stress management has become the need of the hour. It is an equal responsibility of students, parents, professionals, employers, employees, and every individual to reduce the negative impact constant stress has on our mental & physical health.
This is particularly pertinent during these trying times, where there is a lot of uncertainty, restlessness, and anxiety among us all. It is so important for every one of us to prioritize ourselves, our well-being on a regular basis.
